CID ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS NO. 14 OFFICE CONDUCT March 14, 1988

Every CID officer shall work at his own desk in his own room. No one shall engage in fixing or transact business outside of his jurisdiction, in public areas, particularly the ground floor lobby and processing center.  Loitering shall constitute proof of misconduct, and a ground for filing the proper administrative case.
