MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 69 SUSPENSION OF WORK IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS IN REGION V (BICOL REGION) ON 24 OCTOBER 2024 October 24, 2024

In view of the inclement weather brought about by the Tropical Storm "Kristine," and to ensure the safety of the general public,  work in government offices and classes at all levels in Region V (Bicol Region) are hereby suspended on 24 October 23, 2024.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
