MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 81 AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONGRESS November 09, 2020

The Career Executive Service Board will conduct theCES Lifelong Learningfor Leadership Congressthrough virtual platform on 24-27 November 2020.

This year's theme is"Thriving Leadership: Spirit-Led Stewardship towards theBetter Normal."in view thereof, all CES officers, eligibles and eligibility on-stream candidates are hereby authorized to attend the Congress on official time, to the extent that will not impair the operations of their respective offices and the delivery of essential services to the public.

Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
