AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 18TH ANNUAL NATIONAL UNION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE OFFICERS, INC.(NUCESO)CONFERENCE
This year's theme is"Malinis, Mabilis na Serbisyo, Alay ng NUCESO saSambayanang Pilipino."
In this regard, all Career Executive Service (CES) officers, CES eligibles, Career Service Executive eligibles and other third level officials, are encouraged to participate, and those interested may attend on official time, provided that they are issued the necessary clearances/authorities by their respective heads of office, and their participation in the said Convention will not adversely affect the operations of their offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
