REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 133 DATED 27 DECEMBER 2005 ENTITLED “STRENGTHENING THE POWERS OF THE SECRETARY OF FINANCE OVER THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS”
I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO,President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me, do hereby order:
SECTION 1.Repeal of Administrative Order No. 133, series of 2005.– Administrative Order No. 133 dated 27 December 2005 is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2.Effectivity.– This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
DONEin the City of Manila, this 4th day of July in the year of our Lord, two thousand and six.
