Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, theHon. FRANCISCO P. RABANG III.,Presiding Judge of the 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Pres. Roxas-Antipas-Arakan, North Cotabato is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Cotabato City, and all the Municipal Trial Courts and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in Maguindanao, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges to the positions or until further orders from this Court.

Hon. LILY LYDIA A. LAQUINDANUM,Presiding Judge of the 3rd Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Kabacan-Carmen, North Cotabato, is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Pres. Roxas- Antipas-Arakan, North Cotabato, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the return ofJudgeFrancisco P. Rabang IIIor until further orders from this Court.

Hon. TERESITA CARREON LLABAN,Presiding Judge of the 5th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Pigkawayan-Alamada-Banisilan, North Cotabato, is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court at Midsayap, North Cotabato, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further order from this Court.

All judges are entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1 -04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
