DICDICAN,Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 11, Cebu City is herebyRELIEVEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, Lapulapu City, and, instead,DESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 28, Mandaue City, in addition to her regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and ; assumption to duty of the regional judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

The Hon.RUMOLDO R. FERNANDEZ,Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 54, Lapulapu City is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, same court, viceHon. ISAIAS P. DICDICAN,in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment .and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Both judges are entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the CourtEn Bancdated 2 February 1999.

This Orderrevokesthe designation of Judge Isaias P. Dicdican as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, Lapulapu City, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 125-98 dated September 24, 1998.
