Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, theHon. HERMINIOZ. CANLAS, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Sta. Rita, Pampanga is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Angeles City, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

He is likewise designated as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2, same court, effective immediately and to continue until the return ofJudge Wilfredo S. Suriagaor until further orders from this Court.

Hon. VINCI G. GOZUM,Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Floridablanca, Pampanga is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Sta. Rita, Pampanga, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Herminio Z. Canlas or until further orders from this Court.

Both judges are entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
