Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judges, in addition to their regular duties in their own courts:

1.Hon. GODOFREDO S. SISON- Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40, Dumaguete City, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38, same court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of JudgeAlfonso P. Brionesor until further orders from this Court;

2.Hon. ARACELI S. ALAFRIZ- Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, Dumaguete City, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 39, same court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this court.

It shall be understood that both judges are entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
