Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, theHon. ANITA BALDESCO DE LOYOLA,Presiding Judge of the 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Biliran - Cabucgayan, Biliran is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Calubian - San Isidro, Leyte, in addition to her regular duties in her own court effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. She shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses and per diems and an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
