AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 4 DATED FEBRUARY 21, 1966, ENTITLED “RECONSTITUTING THE PHILIPPINE PANEL TO THE RP-US JOINT VETERANS COMMISSION CHARGED WITH THE SETTLEMENT OF THE VETERANS CLAIMS OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AGAINST THE UNITED STATES.”
The membership of the Philippine Panel to the RP-US Joint Veterans Commission created under Administrative Order No. 125 dated May 12, 1965, as reconstituted under Administrative Order No. 4 dated February 21, 1966, is hereby amended to read as follows:
