  1. 01EO 325Modifying the Rates of Import Duty on Certain Imported Articles as Provided Under the Tariff and Customs Code of 1978, as Amended, in Order to Implement the S of the Third Asean Summit and the Twenty-Third Meeting of the Committee on Trade and Tourism (Cott) to Provide a Minimum Level of 25% Margin of Preference to Certain Items Which Are Contained in the Philippine Exclusion List and to Deepen the Margin of Preference in Respect of Certain Items Which Are Under the Asean Preferential Trading Arrangements (Pta) to 50% Within Five Years.
