An Act to Designate the Provincial Sheriff in Provinces Where There Are Chartered Cities as Sheriff Ex-Officio Thereof, with Additional Compensation.

AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE PROVINCIAL SHERIFF IN PROVINCES WHERE THERE ARE CHARTERED CITIES AS SHERIFF EX-OFFICIO THEREOF, WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1.The provincial sheriff of the provinces to which chartered cities belong, shall be ex-officio the city sheriff, with an additional compensation not exceeding one thousand pesos per annum to be fixed by the respective city council, payable out of the city funds.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
