An Act to Fix the Salary of the Auditor General at Fifteen Thousand Pesos Per Annum.

AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARY OF THE AUDITOR GENERAL AT FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS PER ANNUM.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1.The Auditor General shall receive an annual salary of fifteen thousand pesos.

Section 2.The amount necessary to carry out-the provision of this Act-for the rest of the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred forty, and for the fiscal year nineteen hundred forty-one shall be taken from the savings of the appropriation for the General Auditing Office during the said fiscal years.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 3.This Act shall take effect on its approval.
