An Act to Amend Commonwealth Act Numbered Two Hundred Forty Entitled " an Act Appropriating the Sum of Five Million Fifty Thousand Pesos for Elementary School Buildings."

AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FORTY ENTITLED " AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDINGS."

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1.The following items of appropriation under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty are amended so as to read as follows:

Section 2.Item 33 under Albay of section one, subsection A of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty is suppressed.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 3.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
