AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ABOLITION OF THE ROAD TAX.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1.The road tax imposed by section twenty-one hundred and fifty-eight of the Administrative Code is abolished, and all delinquencies by reason thereof are condoned.(awÞhi(

Section 2.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
