An Act Reverting to the Unappropriated General Fund in the Philippine Treasury All Amounts Collected by the Bohol and Cagayan Filipino Colonies Established Under Act Numbered Twenty-Two Hundred and Fifty-Four.

AN ACT REVERTING TO THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND IN THE PHILIPPINE TREASURY ALL AMOUNTS COLLECTED BY THE BOHOL AND CAGAYAN FILIPINO COLONIES ESTABLISHED UNDER ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:

Section 1.Any provisions of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, all amounts collected from time to time by the Bohol and Cagayan Filipino Colonies established under Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and fifty-four shall revert to the unappropriated general fund in the Philippine Treasury, and shall not be made available for expenditure except by subsequent legislative enactment.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
