AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND PESOS TO BE LOANED TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYASAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL NEGROS, TO BE USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATERWORKS AND OF A MARKET BUILDING INSTEAD OF FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SCHOOL BUILDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The last paragraph under Oriental Negros of section one of Act Numbered Thirty-four hundred andtwenty is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Municipality of Tayasan for the construction of water works and a market building, payable in ten annual amortized installments nine thousand pesos."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
