Act No. 2914 AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STEAMSHIP TABLAS BY THE BUREAU OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY. March 23, 1920

Whereas the management of the steamshipTablashas been transferred to the Bureau of Commerce and Industry; and

Whereas the sum set aside in the General Appropriation Act for the operation and maintenance of the vessels of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry does not include the amount necessary for the operation and maintenance of the steamshipTablas:Now, therefore,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The following appropriations are hereby made, to be added to those made for the Bureau of Commerce and Industry by sections 1-QQ-100, 101, 102, 103, 126, and 129 of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-five, for the operation and maintenance of the steamshipTablas:

SALARIES AND WAGES.
Officers, at rates and subject to conditions to be fixed by agreement between the Secretaries of the Interior, Finance, and Commerce and Communications, in proportion to those granted by private shipowners for similar services................................P12,880.00

Petty officers and crew, at rates and subject to conditions to be fixed by agreement between the Secretaries of the Interior, Finance, and Commerce and Communications, in proportion to those granted by private shipowners for similar services....................14, 190.00

Clothing allowance to crew..............1,030,00
Subsistence of officers, petty officers, and crew, at rates and subject to conditions to be fixed by agreement between the Secretaries of the Interior, Finance, and Commerce and Communications, in proportion to those granted by private shipowners for similar services......13,850,00

Total for salaries and wages............41,950.00

MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES.
