Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, theHon. JOSUE F. ERNACIO,Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60, Iriga City, is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51, Sorsogon, Sorsogon, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Hon. MAXIMINOR.ABLES,Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 47, Masbate, Masbate, is herebyDESIGNATEDas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 54, Gubat, Sorsogon, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Both judges are entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99 - 1-04- SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.

This order revokes the designation ofJudge Ablesas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51, Sorsogon, Sorsogon pursuant to Administrative Order No. 83-98, dated July 2, 1998 and amends Administrative Order No. 45-99 dated May 14, 1998 insofar as the designation ofJudge Ernacioas Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 54, Gubat,Sorsogon is concerned.
